Staff on tower ward are compassionate kind caring and very professional. My mother felt safe and secure whilst in their care. They were always available for me if I needed to discuss anything to do with mum. I can't thank them enough.

My Dad recently stayed in Tower ward for approximately 6 weeks. The care he was given was excellent. The staff also kept in close contact with me to update me on his care. The staff not only supported Dad and made him well enough to come home , they also gave support to me during his stay. I can’t praise them highly enough. Special thanks to Annette and Beth

If there had been an excellent box I would have but a cross. My brother had been struggling at home for a sometime and I was so relieved and happy. That he was taken to tower ward. He was treated with such respect and received the holistic care I expected.
